Have you ever had a daydream that got out of hand? I was just thinking about my visa and what would happen if it didn't arrive and pretty much wanted to cry, my imagination is too good for my own sake!

Speaking about things that are too good, here is a top 5 of awesome things that have happened lately (in no particular order)...

1. I was searching for my Mission Call (that I may or may not have lost for a couple of weeks) and I found $200!! I think its Tithing, but its still $200 that I forgot I had.

2. Got hired to photograph a HighSchool Ball. $800 for 2hrs isn't that bad now is it!!

3. Went to Time Out For Women and had the most amazing time being filled with inspiration and determination to be the most amazing Sister Farthing EVER!!

My Goodies, My Goodies...

Came home the other day and mum had topped up the Lollie Jar with a collection of confectionary deliciousness :D

You are seeing Giant Jaffas, Milkshakes, Mushrooms (don't they just remind you of your childhood?) and some random wrapped lollies that are still in the jar hahaha.

p.s Don't you hate it when you make milkshakes and no boys come to your yard?

Ooh Yes I did...

Today I did the unthinkable, the absurd, the unimaginable.... I matched my socks. HOLY COW!!!
Since it is such an uncommon occurrence, I celebrated by rocking Socks with Jandals :D Yeyerrr!!!

Blogaroonie

So we have a Judd Family Feed blog, and all of the food looks amazing (especially those carrots!!). I decided I wanted to try some of the recipes, so here is my first "Coconut Slice by Crystal".

Me and Tania worked together, and when our mix didn't look anything like crystals, we txtd her, she called us and IT WAS HER FAULT!! (hehe all good crystal) We had put in twice as much milk that was needed (because thats what the recipe said and we're obedient little children) and to fix it we had to double the rest of the recipe(darn). Hence the large Coconut 'Slice'.

I made some delicious lemon icing for the top but left a section because I wanted to see if it would taste like Macaroons if I used Chocolate :) I had no idea what the 'slice' would taste like, and maybe we still did it wrong, but we think its more of a 'Cake' then a 'Slice', either way, its flippin YUM!! and really good with melted Chocolate.

Here is the finished product, and we are all pretty happy that the mixture was doubled coz we're gonna eat it aaaaall up!!! So thanks a mazillion Crystal
